Thanksgiving

I know I am really late in getting our Thanksgiving pictures up, but better late than never. If I waited much longer then it would be a "walk down memory lane". We had a really great Thanksgiving. We have so much to be greatful for, but one of our greatest blessings is our wonderful family that we love and appreciate so much. Heavenly Father has blessed Gary and I with the best family ever.

I got up one day and looked out to see this beautiful sky. I had to take pictures to verify that it really did look like this. Aren't we so blessed to see such beautiful sites here. The beauties of this world were created for us to enjoy.

Down Memory Lane with the Lancasters

It has been quite a while since I have posted anything on my blog. Not much has been happening around here and so I haven't had anything to post. However, as I was talking to Toni, one day, and telling her my dilema she suggested that I ought to post pictures that I have taken(or have been taken) in years past. I thought it sounded like a great idea and figured that I would do something with it sooner or later (figured later than sooner). However, as it has turned out, as I was going through some things, I found some pictures that Grandma Adamson had been given years ago of our kids and when she died they were given back to me. Well, my mind started working and I decided now was the time to start "Down Memory Lane with the Lancasters." And so here is the first of hopefully many of those walks "Down Memory Lane with the Lancasters." These first pictures were taken in 1984-85. Aren't these some of the cutest kids you've seen? I think so. By the way be sure to thank Toni for this.

Gary's Birthday Party

Can't believe October 29th has come and now gone. However, Gary is now a year older, even though he doesn't think so. Shane wasn't here this year to take his birthday, so Gary moved forward another year. The kids came over and we had yummy chicken enchiladas that Jamie made, great green salad from Ginger and wonderful cherry and peach pies from Lorrie. It's nice to have a family that can cook! And besides we can't seem to get together without having food and it always ends up being good, good food, as it was on Gary's birthday. Gary had to leave early because he had Bishopric meetings, but we didn't let that stop us from having a good time. Happy Birthday to you Gary and Shane, even though Shane wasn't with us.

Maddy's first time at playing with the doll house. Her and Tyler have been bothering poor Mark who is on the other side trying to really play with the house. Notice the phone that Tyler is playing with--it is Ginger's and Tyler was loving their phone, he even took a picture of himself on it.
